Blanc de Blancs Brut
Fantastiskt god champagne på 100% Chardonnay, i huvudsak från deras Grand Cru-gårdar vid hemmet i Oger och en del från Sezanne. En härligt elegant, smakrik och krämig champagne med mycket personlighet. Ljuvlig att dricka nu, men kan sparas upp till tre år och blir då lite mörkare och djupare i tonen. Passar utmärkt som aperitif men är smakrik nog att passa bra till naturella skaldjur, eller kanske en Ceviche.
